My Family Life

Well I am from Calama, really I was born in Antofagasta but I lived all my chilhood and adolescence in Calama with my parents and my brother and sister, but when I relocated in Santiago for educationals reasons I begun to lived with my Grandparents.  When I begun to live with my grandparents it was so strange because so much time ago that they did not live with someone of my age, ans happened so funny things.
For example a ver funny things tht happened it was when I arrived aroun the 8 o clock, they worried so much, due to this hour it was dark, but with the time I told them that the public transport it was able until later and that the microbus leaved me so near.
    
Other things is linked with my grandparent´s house is located in Puente Alto, for that reason for be possibly to me go out in the night with firends I must stand in the house of one of my friends. That was so strange for them and also for my parents. I remembered that I had many arguments with my mother, until to the end they leaved me go out  frequetly.
Other very funny things Had place when I had my first boyfriend in Santiago. I remerber that it was around September 18, then my Granmother and my Grandparents told me that it was not convenient that I go out for the night, cause could be thought in badway, thereby I was not able to Hung out for all September Vacations. With the time my grandparents have seen me in deferrent way and not how a child, and Now the realtionship between me an thet is so cool, becuase they are so warm, loving and funny. I enter in the house and ever is so happy, really I love them so much and I Know that they love me too.

DANCER IN THE DARK

Well I`ll speak about  Dancer in the dark, this film was directed by Lars Von Tier, and starrynig by Bjork. Is a very beatyful and intense film cause count the history about a mother -Selma-  that her only desire is safe to her soon of to be blinded, the only way to get this is trough a surgeon very spend. This film is set in United States during the sixtyes, in the cold war, and Selma is an innocent  Czech immigrant that come to United States for found a treatment to her soon, the trouble is that the treatmet is very spent like her who is a factory worker with a modest salary with wich pay the rent from a piece in the house of one police  who live with his ostentatiouis wife. One day in a moment of desesperation the police count to Selma a secret, he is in bankruptcy, and he can´t tell that to his wife because would mean lost her, in this same moment in a reciprocal act  Selma count him her own secret to the police; by one hand she is about to be blinded and by other hand her soon got the same illnes from her and he will be blinded if  is not operated before certain date, therefore she come to United State to  make the money that allow operated him. One day the police ask her if she coul borrow the money that she has saved oneself because the debts are so much for him, she refuse to make that and begin a big drama. The police, unscrupulously steal the Selma`s money to paid his debts and Selma ever thinking in her soon try to recover her money confronting to that police but now he is who refuse to return the money, he treaten her with a gun and finally he is who dead. Then will come the judge where she continuos making loyal to her word - dont tell to anybody that the police was in bankrupcity- and does not count the secret that could be save her, therefore she is condemned to death. The film is a strong criticism  to the culture that generate the capitalism system, in fact put this two personages that represent two very differents logicals, by one hand Selma being over all loyal to her word, an by other hand the police insert in a culture from appearances in where the love, in really is love to  social status - if the police would lost his money, he would lost everything- that spur him to make anything altough this involve damage a novel action and a so fragile people.The money is everything and the famous freedoom proclaim by United States during the cold war is subject to the money. Furthemore the way by Lars Von Tier show this is very intentenes, each scene keep you emphatize with the personage. For last the interpretation of Selma in Bjork is very, very good, giving to the personage an air of innocence and tenderness, the most beautyful and moving part are the moments that preceding to her dead.  

Pets in my life.

 In my live I have had differents pets when I lived in Calama with my parents and my brother and sister, we had two dog, bot mongrels,  the first  died when I was 4 years old, in those time I though that it had gone to the heaven, and I said that  to my grandma. After we had a bitch still is in this house, it`s name is Laica. Moreover we had many pets for little time, I remerber that we had many chicks, the problem was that me and my brother and sister were so little, I was 5 years old, and my sister was 3 yeasr old and my brother was 2 years old, and as he was so little, when he did not wigh up his strength and strokes  them so stronge that the poors chiks died. Too we had many cats that we find abandoned near of our  house, generally they was littles cats that suddenly we hearted miaow dspiringly, then we took in and gave food, but as our mom has allergic to cats, we can´t  have them inside to the home, and one day they dissapear. The most curious pets that we had were two hamster, but we was very irrespnsible with they and  died because we did not clean their cage with enough periodicity. Now I live with my grandparents in Santiago and we are not able to care a pet beacuase I am many time out, and my house is full of merchandise to sell and a pet would be a trouble.

A beautiful trip.

The best holidays of my life was this winter vacation, because was very different to me. Me and my calssmaters went to Mexico by one month, and at the moment I can say that was the trip of my life. Experienced a different culture is very  exciting, because keep broad your mind, and I feel that I learned many things, because I Knew to people with differents lyfstyle to the wich  I am used to see,  because they vad other habits and values. We are to a latinoamerican students atroplogy encounter - FEELAA-, the encounter dured one week, and in this week we knew to people from differents coutnries sepecially many colombians, people from Costa Rica and  of course many maxicans, like that we Knew about the reality of that countries, their values and culture and overall we enjoyed so much, cause we talked, joked and hung out, singing, dancing and chating until the sunrise. When the encounter end we began to traveled acrosse Mexico we went to Oaxaca where we was booked by one friend of Ramon; one friend from Costa Rica who we Knew during the FELAA, Oaxaca was a nice city, in this place  I knew to Tania a very nice people, also we went to the beach and to Chiapas state. Thle place that I most liked was Palenque a beatuyful place, we stayed in a  cabin next to little river and we was abled to hear the differents sounds of the landscape like the water, the insects, the wind, was beutyful. We traveled by this places with very nice and special mexicans friends : Omar and Cristofer, the last is a very important peson to me.

A contury that is very interesting to me!

A country that is very interesting visit to me is Cuba. The reasons are that I want to see with my own eyes the life style, the thoug way, summarying the culture of the people and the social organization of this country, because as everything ir regulated of very defferent way to are regulated the things in our context all the things should be very differente to that  we are used to see. I have listened very different opinions about this country, someones hava said that is an ideal country, that every people have their basic necessity filled because the state sure them, the exist a democracy but is different why there is a one plitical party but inside them the people have rights to elect his representants and declare their opinion in relation to the social decisions etc, by other hand other peoples have says that the material shortage is ver stronge, that the most of its population are in sisagreement with their political leaders, that there is not expression freedom, and thus the people have fear to say the thing that they think and give their opinion, that their political system are corrupted, etc. I think that in both opinons current thare are true things, but I wanted have my own opinion product of a direct experiencie, because only with the direct experiencie yo can see the for in wich your thoght way undestand ceratin social reality.  

THE BAD AND THE GOOD THINGS.

My first term.

It was full of surprises. Between the good things taht happend, I knew to a cousin that only I had seen one time in my life, because she lives so away; in the other extrem of the world. We shared many things, between them we went to Buenos Aires Together. The bad side of this was that I was so desconcentrated in my studies; every evenings I arrived to my home and speak with my cousin until the 11 or 12 or even the 1  o`clock .Only in this moment I begun to think  in my studyes. Due to this situation I throwed one class, the name of this class was feminist theories. For the same reason this term I must to do seven class, furthemore, I must to do two elective sports more english IV  course to leave the university studies and start my thesis and  intenrnship.  

Ohter good things of the past term was that I did one subject in the art faculty of this university and I can say that I learnd so much, because this subject integrated many field  to understand interior and deep attitude like the sublime feels that Julia Kristeva explain very well,  with this feels that can`t be so longer, cause is unbearable to the human minds. I think about this along this winter holidays so much, and was uncredible. 

My blogging experience

Well, this was my first time like blogging, never before I had a Blog count, once time I tried it, but I never wtote it. I remeber my fisrt time in this class, I spoken with many teachers for find my class until I stayed here to the computer laboratory in the second session.When I entered the teacher gave me the instructions in english and I did not understand very well, therefore like the only that I knew was in English III everybody have to do a blog, I created a blog and like I belived  that we could writte about any topic, I tryed to Think a Topic and began to writte something about 60 years,  I was very stressful why the post was doing very difficult and large, to me  it was complicated think it in Spanish, and in english it was so much difficult. That situation end when the theacher  near to me and asked me how was my post? and then I undesrtanded everything because I noticed that the class had a blog with the topic and the instructions about we must writte, with that all made lighter, I had to bagin again and end very latter, it was so funny. I think that the blog and the class too had help to improve my english, cause my vocabulary had increased, but at the same time I had noticed that I need learn so much about english.
